Matthew J. Plumb was born and raised in the United
Kingdom, now a resident of the USA for more than 16
years he calls Colorado home. After attending the
Colorado Film School and graduating with a 4.0 GPA he
has taken to a career in film and video production as a
producer, director, writer and editor. His true passion lies
in voice over work. Now a successful voice over artist
Matthew has represented major companies like: Infiniti,
IBM, Mars, ARROW electronics, London Bay Homes and
Globus to name a few. He has also used his talents in
feature films, short films, narration, audio books, trailers,
TV and Radio commercials, internet, educational and
documentaries. Working in British and North American
accents, he is also able to present as Australian and
Scottish (standard Scottish English) as well as a vast
array of characters. He is able to take direction very well
using his acting and film producing experience from the
film school and on set experience also. Matthew has
worked with AVCOM a number of times and is always
happy to come back for more.
Maxine is a British native with a genuine,
articulate but not “over-the-top” British accent.
She also has the ability to deliver a perfect
American accent, allowing her to promote a
tremendously wide range of products and
services. As an expert with both the teleprompter
and ear prompter, she’s warm and engaging on-
camera, highly directable, and is very much at
home either on location or on a green screen.
Rayle has had a number of voice acting jobs over his career. Rayle's animated series roles include Miss Piggy,
Gonzo & Animal for the Little Muppet Monsters. Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Tin Man in The
Wizard of Oz television series, Einstein the Dog and 65 other voices in Universal Animation's Back to the Future,
The Riddler's #1 in Batman: The Animated Series, The Ant in The Ant and the Aardvark, Inspector Clouseau in
The Pink Panther series, Reflex and Howler in Pound Puppies and the Legend of Big Paw, Lieutenant
Commander Steele in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, Pipes, Snarl and Shrapnel in Transformers, Deep Six
in the Sunbow/Marvel G.I. Joe series, Arzon and the Wise Owl in Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light, and
Doyle Cleverlobe in Galaxy High.
Rayle also provided the voice of the Predator creature in Predator 2. Rayle provided the voice of Marvin the
Martian in the commercials for Air Jordan.
In the live action film Ghoulies II, he was the voice for all of the Ghoulies. Rayle also voiced "Virgil" the
Chimpanzee in Project-X, the "Koala Bear" in The Adventures of Ford Fairlane and the "Rats" in Total Recall.
Rayle has provided the voice of Alfred Hitchcock & the Hal-9000 Computer for Universal Studio's -
Hollywood/Orlando.
Katie has more than 20 years of public relations
and broadcast journalism experience. Her media
background has equipped her with a unique and
strategic perspective that she applies to message
development. Katie’s on-camera and speaking
experience make her an ideal spokesperson for
clients that need such support. She also
educates clients on how to conduct media
interviews that are impactful and memorable, and
how to strategically work with the news media to
successfully handle interviews and public
exposure. AVCOM has also contracted with
Katie on several occasions for technical
narratives for various medical industry video
training presentations.
Maggie Roswell has a wealth of business experience in television, film, commercials, voiceover, regional theater
and on Broadway. Her expertise in each area of these mediums is extensive. As an actor she has two television
series, 6 Films, over 500 Commercials and years of stage training and acting to her credit. She garnered
Primetime Emmys 89-90 90-91 for being a contributing member of the cast of The Simpsons. She received a
personal Emmy and Annie nomination as Sharry Bobbins in The Simpsons.
As a member of the creative roundtable at Bert Berdis & Company in Los Angeles, Ms. Roswell worked on
winning ad-campaigns for AT&T, Pizza Hut, Frexinet, Bud Light and many more. Her team received numerous
Belding and Clio awards. In the 10 years at the company Maggie was able to write, cast and direct her radio and
television spots in “real time” and remotely.
In 1994 Maggie and her husband Hal Rayle moved to Colorado to raise their daughter and it was at that time they
created Roswell and Rayle Inc. Roswell and Rayle developed content for Level 3, Starz Encore, Universal
Worldwide, AT& T Digital, Lone Star Sports, Gold Circle Farm Eggs and many more. In their Colorado recording
facility they recorded all of The Simpsons episodes for 20th Century Fox that Maggie voiced from 1994 till 2013.
They produced and voiced 13 shows of the acclaimed PBS series Animal Tales. Roswell and Rayle partnered
with Celluloid Studios for a live-action/animation pilot Buddy Bing and Buddy Boom.
